Must Have: Il Buco Alimentare

Il-Buco-Mediterranean trilogy If you can't make it to the delightfully rustic Italian restaurant  Il Buco in Soho, NY, now you can have it in your own home kitchen with the launch of Il Buco Alimentare. A collection of some of the best ingredients from Italy, the line includes sea salt, vinegars, and fine olive oil. We tried all three (adorably known as "The Mediterranean Trilogy"), and were not disappointed. The Balsamico (8.3 oz, $85) was a delight to cook with. It was mild, fragrant, and added the perfect balsamic touch to our dish. The olive oil (16.9 oz., $45) was light, refined and a delicious addition to our pasta salad. And the Fiore di Sale "sea salt" (8.8 oz, $22) was gentle and sophisticated. We are officially addicted.
