Bertolli, No Kid Hungry and Debi Mazar Announce My Tuscan Table Partnership

In 1865, Francesco Bertolli changed the Italian food landscape forever with the creation of his iconic Bertolli Olive Oil. The Bertolli Empire continues to deliver on its Tuscan heritage with a collection of traditional pasta sauces and delicious frozen meals added to the product lineup. For 150 years, Bertolli products have been helping families and friends around the world gather at the table to celebrate the Italian love of life and food. The Bertolli brand has teamed up with actress Debi Mazar, her Tuscan-born, chef husband Gabriele Corcos, and No Kid Hungry to celebrate bringing Tuscany to the table and launch the Bertolli® Riserva Pasta Sauces.

Americans are invited to join the anniversary festivities and share photos via social media that illustrate how they bring Tuscany to the table using the hashtag #MyTuscanTable. For each #MyTuscanTable share during October, the Bertolli brand will donate one dollar to help No Kid Hungry end childhood hunger in America. Just one dollar can help feed 10 healthy meals to kids in need.* The goal is to provide up to half a million meals.

Iconic actress Debi Mazar along with Gabriele Corcos, her husband and co-host of their Tuscan cooking show Extra Virgin, are excited to join in the celebration of such a familiar, beloved brand.  Mazar said, “Even in Gabriele’s Italian home, Bertolli products are pantry essentials. Bertolli is a household name in both the old country and the Americas—and Gabriele and I are thrilled to partner with Bertolli to do good to mark their milestone anniversary.”

In addition to the national #MyTuscanTable celebration, starting October 8, the Viva Bertolli Food Truck will kick off the festivities in New York City by dishing out warm bowls of pasta topped with the super-premium Bertolli Riserva Pasta Sauces (while supplies last).
