You may not even have your house decorated for Halloween yet, but it's never to early to talk turkey! That's why Butterball is on the hunt (literally!) for its first-ever male Turkey Talk-Line expert spokesman!
The face of Thanksgiving is changing. It's estimated that 84% of men are involved in some aspect of holiday preparation. In fact, 42% claim that they either prepare or cook the turkey on Thanksgiving Day.
The Butterball Turkey Talk-Line
has been around for over 30 years and has assisted over one million holiday cooks with turkey

Historically operated by women, the search for the first male Turkey Talk-Line
expert spokesperson has officially kicked off and will close October 10th, with a big reveal planned for mid-November.

graduate Butterball University in November with a full turkey education from
the top turkey experts (and even participate in media interviews).
Actress Amanda Peet, who makes
her Broadway playwriting debut next month in "The Commons of
Pensacola" and is the ambassador of
UN Foundation's Shot@Life campaign, recently received her annual flu shot at the
Walgreens NYC flagship store at as part of the "Get a Shot Give a
Shot" campaign with UN Foundation.
As a mother, actress, and ambassador to the UN
Foundation's Shot@Life campaign, Amanda spoke about the importance of providing
vaccinations to children across the globe.
"When I get my flu shot @Walgreens, I am
also donating a life-saving vaccine to a child in a developing country," says Amanda.
The number of children dying every
year from preventable diseases in developing countries is nearly equal to half
the children entering kindergarten in the U.S. That's why Walgreens has partnered with the UN Foundation's
Shot@Life campaign to provide up to 3 million vaccines to children in need to
help protect against diseases like measles, pneumonia, polio and
rotavirus. From now through October 14,
Walgreens will donate the value of one life-saving vaccine (up to 3 million) to
children in developing countries, for every flu shot administered at its
pharmacies, or Healthcare clinic or Duane Reade pharmacy across the country.
