As if you needed another reason to hit the books: a new study from by the U.S. Census Bureau found a direct correlation between the education level of moms-to-be and paid maternity leave.
Findings showed that while the numbers of women taking paid maternity leave is at an all-time high, those numbers directly relate to a woman's education level. Over 64 percent of women who had a college degree received paid leave, but only 16 percent of women with less than a high-school diploma did.
